Hi, I'm Natalie Hall

Analyzing what matters, delivering what works

My path to analytics wasn’t traditional, but it’s been driven by curiosity, problem-solving, and a love of making sense of complex challenges. I studied education and social work in college—fields that gave me hands-on experience with people, systems, and data. Over time, I realized my strengths were best used in understanding problems, analyzing data, and creating solutions that make a real impact.

While managing programs and client data, I built reports to track funding outcomes, measured program success, and even led A/B testing to find the most effective strategies. These experiences led me to pursue data analysis more intentionally.

I’ve since completed certifications in Power BI, Excel, and am currently training in MySQL and Python. My recent projects include a retirement financial planning tool in Excel and Power BI, and a sales analysis dashboard for a global bicycle company dataset—both focused on turning raw data into clear, actionable insights.
